-Do I have to order a minimum amount per piece?
We have no order limit.

-How long does it take to process the order?
The time to process and ship your order is 24 hours. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

-What is your exchange policy? 
Yes, unfortunately during this pandemic we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All sale is final.

-How long does it take for my package to arrive?
It will depend on the type of shipment that I select. Orders go out Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

-What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ATH Movil, PayPal, Shop Pay, Zelle, Credit Cards and Cards with Visa or Mastercard logo.

-Where they are located?
We do not have a physical store, our online store, but our warehouse is in Orlando, Florida.
